Learn how to brew  this popular espresso variation! 

What you'll need:  - Espresso machine - Portafilter  - Tamp - Espresso beans - Grinder - Demitasse cup

Grind your beans to a medium-fine (coarser than ristretto) consistency right before brewing. 

Measure out your "dose" — 7 grams of ground coffee to prepare a two-ounce long shot, or lungo.

Level and tamp your grounds in the portafilter.

Pull your shot! The extraction should last 35-40 seconds, resulting in a 2-ounce drink.
