Skinny Vanilla Latte: Starbucks Copycat Recipe

Green Curved Line

A Skinny Vanilla Latte is a sweet, creamy coffee beverage without the calories, sugar, or fat of the original version.  Here's how to make a perfect dupe of the Starbucks classic at home!

Ingredients:

– Nonfat milk – Sugar-free vanilla syrup – 2 shots of espresso – Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Ingredient Notes:

Nonfat (skim) milk is part of what makes this recipe “skinny.” Unsweetened almond, coconut, or oat milk are great alternatives.

For sugar-free syrup, we love Torani's sugar-free vanilla syrup.

Instructions:

1. Pour the sugar-free vanilla syrup into a warm mug. 2. Pull a double shot of espresso and add it to the mug.

Instructions cont'd:

3. Steam your milk and pour over the syrup and espresso, leaving a little room at the top. 4. Top off your creation by spooning a bit of foam on top of the latte. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
